The location is AMAZING. it is right next to the metro station, such a convenience. the breakfast have varied options. I enjoyed the selection a lot!
the hotel felt tired. the road noise from the outside traffic was loud. the coffee from self-service machines were not good, and there was always a line.

the hotel location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby public transportation.
The room i was assigned, a classic double room, was quite disappointing. there was a persistent, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. It smelled strongly of sewage. spending any time in there was genuinely unbearable, and i find that unacceptable.

i found the location excellent (right outside the metro!). it was a short walk to the main bus station. the easy check-in made everything smooth and cute. the staff across all areas were very friendly and helpful.
the room had old furniture that should be updated soon (it felt a bit outdated).

I found the location very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions and public transport was close (I used the metro frequently). The included breakfast was very satisfying with a good variety. The hotel staff were polite and professional throughout my stay.
I noticed some dust on the windows and shutters in my room. I think these areas could benefit from more regular cleaning to improve the overall cleanliness.
